Hi, I laboured through a few months trying to get these water units to Haiti before Christmas. Yes! They finally arrived and I hope they were able to install at least one. (two larger whole house and commercial units as well as some portable units were sent). I was told by Charles Hinkley that I would be able to be a distributor but all my requests have gone unanswered. Please let me know that you have received this email. My unit is installed, (love it) but it was no easy feat! had to invent a few parts for Canadian plumbing. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks Trish in Welland Ontario
